Order Status
How do I check the status of an order?
We send a confirmation email with every order. Your order can be tracked with the link provided in the email.
Shipping
What shipping services are offered?
For US orders, we ship via USPS and UPS. We offer 1-day and 2-day expedited services through USPS. Orders with lithium batteries are not eligible for expedited shipping.
For international orders, we ship to all countries except for Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, and North Korea. We ship via USPS. Upon arrival to your country, the package is given to a local carrier to complete the delivery.
When must an order be placed for same-day shipping?
All orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped out on the same business day.
How are lithium batteries shipped?
All orders with lithium batteries must be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Ground due to shipping regulations. Lithium batteries are only available to be shipped in the lower 48 states.
Checkout
Why does the checkout redirect to www.checkout.shopify.com?
Don’t worry, this is normal! Our site is hosted through Shopify, an ecommerce platform. The checkout process is handled through their servers to ensure a secure and simple process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We are compatible with Apple Pay.
Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
30 Day Manufacturer Error Return Policy
If your product is defective due to a manufacturer error, we will arrange a repair, return, or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
30 Day Unopened Return Policy
If you are
not satisfied with your unopened and unmodified item, we will arrange a return,
within 30 days of purchase.
Modified Return Policy
If you have used or modified your product and something
goes wrong (or you're not satisfied), contact us. We can offer troubleshooting and
advice.
If
the failure is due to manufacturer error and within 30 days of purchase, we will
arrange a repair, return, or replacement.
Return Shipping Fees
The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Non-trackable lost packages are not guaranteed replacement, refund, or repair.
Damage From Shipment
If you receive a package from us that is damaged, email info@flashcandy.us. Please include pictures of the packaging and product, to help prevent similar errors in the future. In this case, we will arrange for a replacement.
Return Guidelines
Arrange a RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) with us
by contacting info@flashcandy.us
Include the RMA form with your package. If we receive a
package without an RMA form, we cannot guarantee refund or replacement.
It may take
up to 2 weeks to process your RMA.
FlashCandy.us
will refund shipping charges if the damage is found to be manufacture error.
We reserve the
right to limit support on outdated products more than 1 year old and old versions
of products.
If the item
we receive is not in restockable condition, we reserve the right to limit your
refund to store credit only.
Non-Returnable Items
Batteries, including lithium batteries, are non-returnable. You cannot legally ship lithium batteries without proper notification and labeling.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 1 week of refund notice, check your with your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact
your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
